    Eagle Ages offers shipping anywhere in the United States. In the continental U.S, Eagle Ages is pleased to extend customers free Standard Shipping, which takes 5-7 business days after processing. Please note that business days do not include weekends and holidays.

  • International Shipping

International shipping is calculated based on a number of factors including the desired shipping speed, the number of items you are purchasing, the weight of the items, and the destination country. International shipping will be calculated and guaranteed during the Borderfree international checkout based on the items you are purchasing and your shipping destination.

Please note there may be taxes and duties imposed on your order that are not reflected in our shipping rate. The custormer is responsible for those charges upon delivery.

      We guarantee your satisfaction and if for any reason you are unhappy with the items purchased from us, simply return them to us for an exchange or a full refund.

      Return Procedure

      Please contact our customer support by email through this contact form, or by telephone. Our agents are available from 8am – Midnight EST to answer your queries. A member of our support team will give you instructions on how to proceed, based on your specific needs.

              1. Notify us of the request to refund or exchange within 7 days from the time of goods receipt.

              2. All items (including all parts, accessories) must be returned to us via a courier.

              3. In the event of a replacement we will reship at our own expense.

              4. There is no restocking fee whatsoever.
